RawCull is a native macOS app for culling RAW photographs. Browse fast previews, record picks and star ratings, compare similar frames, and copy the files you want to edit. Source photographs remain unchanged.
Optional AI runs locally: CLIP indexes the catalog for similarity and search, while SAM 3 and Qwen give selected candidates a closer review.
A practical review workflow
- Browse and rate. Add a catalog, inspect photographs in Loupe or Grid, and mark promising frames.
- Compare candidates. Use sharpness, focus overlays, and burst review to check detail, pose, and timing.
- Copy your selections. Choose a rating threshold and destination folder, check the dry run, then copy the RAW files for editing.
Read the quick start and requirements or follow the culling guide.
